Welcome to the BWCSK Class Booking System. Due to Covid-19 health restrictions we can only have a limited number of students on each class at present. The Longbridge Church dojo has not yet reopened from the lock down and we have six (6) places available in the two rooms which are operating as completely separate spaces at the Weoley Castle Dojo, giving us a total of twelve (12) places available for students when both rooms are in use. At present we are running three classes during different time slots on the Tuesdays and Thursdays in both rooms. We have secured a new location for training on Saturdays at Bournville College, Longbridge and can have up to fifteen (15) juniors (under-18s) on that class. The advanced adult class on Saturday is limited to five (5) slots and so for the moment is not available to be booked and is invitation only to ensure that all seniors can get a chance to train on one of these when available.
Therefore to try and provide a fair a means as possible and avoid disappointment if you wish to train on a class you need to pre-book a place and pay Sensei Hession ideally in advance via the correct sum of cash in a sealed envelope with your name and the amount and dates covered on it to be handed to Sensei Hession covering all pre-booked sessions.
In order to allow us time to perform the necessary administration for each class the deadlines for booking each class are as follows:
- Monday Classes – book by 10pm Friday
- Tuesday Classes – book by 10pm Saturday
- Thursday Classes – book by 10pm Monday
- Saturday classes – book by 10pm Wednesday
Please make a booking for each student attending e.g. a parent and child would be two bookings.
